How Long Will My Order Take?
We appreciate your patience! We are a small company, so please bear with us. We will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible. Online orders may take up to 7-14 business days to process and ship depending on order volume, destination, and product availability date. Your order could very well get to you sooner as well. No shipping will be done on Saturdays or Sundays. Special orders, or orders made on promotional sales or discounts can take extra processing time. Upgrading your shipping from ground freight expedites the shipping portion of your order only. If you need additional information please reach out to us via the contact us page.
All sales are final. Need to get a replacement for a damaged item or an incorrect size? No worries! Just shoot us a message through our contact page. We will need to see photos of any damaged items. Be sure to include your order number to help us get the correct item back to you. We want you to have a great shopping experience so we will make it as easy as we can to replace your item. Now...if the item has been washed or worn, or if it's after 30 days...sorry, you're shit out of luck!
Keep tracking on your package marked for replacement, as we are not liable for merchandise that is lost in transit. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your replacement to be processed.
What If Your Whole Order Doesn’t Show Up?
If an item that you ordered is not on the paperwork that is received with your delivery, this means the item has gone out of stock, and has been cancelled. We will fill every order placed as quickly as possible. However inventory is subject to change, and any unavailable item will be cancelled. We do not back order any items, and you will only be charged for the products that have been shipped to you. Inventory will be restocked as soon as possible.
